What financial planning services do you provide?

PWA Wealth Management offers a comprehensive array of financial services for individuals, businesses and institutions. Personal services include retirement, investment, estate, tax and risk management planning. Business services include retirement plan design and management and business succession planning. Institutional services include investment policy design and implementation.

How do you charge for your services?

PWA Wealth Management is typically compensated on a fee basis calculated based on the investment assets managed for each client. This structure eliminates conflicts of interest as we are not compensated by investment transactions but instead, through the growth and preservation of your wealth. Why should I choose PWA Wealth Management?

What types of clients do you serve?

Our experience extends to individuals with significant wealth, small businesses and business owners, and institutions seeking efficient and effective investment management.

How often do you contact clients?

As an independent financial firm, PWA Wealth Management is free to provide truly personalized service to our clients. Each client is encouraged to meet with their consultant at least twice each year but more often when necessary.

How are your investment decisions made?

The PWA Wealth Management Investment Policy Committee is a group of senior advisors and analysts who regularly meet to discuss and chart the investment course for the firm. The Investment Policy Committee approves a group of investments for use by the firm’s consultants. Each consultant will then apply the approved investment solutions to client portfolios based upon an in-depth understanding of the unique needs of each client.

What types of investments do you use?

Depending on the client’s needs, we may utilize individual stocks, individual bonds, exchange traded funds, open- and closed-end mutual funds and alternative investments. Investments are selected uniquely for each client according to their financial strategy. Our independence frees PWA Wealth Management from forcing proprietary investment products into client portfolios.

Do consultants work as individuals or as part of a team?

Each consultant is a member of a strategically formed planning team in order to combine experience and knowledge to provide the best solutions for each client.

Are you a fiduciary?

YES.  The core of a fiduciary responsibility involves not only the care and management of assets but also acting in the best interest of the client in all situations. PWA Wealth Management will act in a fiduciary capacity to further the goals of each client. All decisions involved in the financial planning and investment management process will be made for the benefit of the client, while providing full and fair disclosure of all material facts and exposing all conflicts of interest.
