Daniel McCurry

Daniel McCurry brings over 14 years of financial consulting experience to his clients. Dan is a graduate of John Carroll University in the suburbs of Cleveland, OH where he completed his Master in Business Administration (MBA) and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in Accountancy.

Prior to joining PWA Wealth Management in 2005, Dan spent two years with a multi-family office in Shaker Heights, Ohio focusing on wealth management for ultra-high net worth families.

With an extensive background in individual income taxation and investment analysis, Dan has tailored his practice to helping a select group of clients in the areas of retirement, investment, estate and income tax planning. Dan also consults on employer sponsored retirement plans helping both sponsors and participants achieve better outcomes.

In addition to his work at PWA, Dan has been an active participant in the community where he has previously volunteered with a number of charitable organizations including Habitat for Humanity, Big Brothers and Big Sisters, and the North Hills Youth Football Organization where Dan has coached the 12 year old “Chiefs” since 2011.   Dan also serves on the board of the North Hills School District Academy for Business and Finance.

A native of the North Hills of Pittsburgh, Dan and his wife Liz reside in Adams Township in the Mars Area School District with their young daughter Ada.   Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family, reading, playing hockey, golf, and keeping active with daily trips to the gym.
